Ram River Coal Corp. is a private Canadian company holding a 100% interest in the Ram River property, that contains two well-defined metallurgical coal deposits located in Alberta, Canada. The Ram River property contains an NI 43-101 in-place coal resource estimate of 403 Mt Measured and Indicated and 285Mt estimated as Inferred resources.

A Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) was completed in 2017 on its flagship project, the Aries Project, that contains 215Mt of the estimated Measured and Indicated resource identified with the Ram River property. The 2017 PFS revealed robust economics that include an NPV of $843 Million USD (discounted at 8%), an IRR of ~24%, and cashflows of $3.6 Billion USD (post tax). The Company continues to evaluate trade-off studies and optimization opportunities.

Ram Coal's mission is to develop its Aries coal project in Alberta into a modern, state-of-the-art mining operation utilizing best practices and providing sustainable benefits to local communities. Planning and operations will prioritize direct and constant communication and consultation with local communities as they are the most important partner in the development of the project.
